Being a single gal, you really have no one to talk to when you come home from a hard day. (though some married folk say it even happens to them !) I work in a non profit field that helps people with hardships and it is very easy to bring work home. So I keep things in and need to remember there is one person I can share them with...
GOD
For He never leaves me and He will always listen to my troubles. I need to take those frustrating thoughts and hopeless feelings and lay them at His feet. Then I can move forward in faith; knowing God will be there the next time I need to talk!
So to end this.... NOTE TO SELF: Talk to God with your troubles instead of keeping them all bottled up. Give it to God and move on!
